This three- to five-day self-guided cycling holiday in the Lake District showcases the very best of this famous National Park, home to England's biggest mountains. The views out here are truly staggering, with deep valleys and glittering tarns.
The climbs can be intense, so our Tour of the Lake District allows you to choose between two routes each day.
Plunge through the heart of the region on our short mileage moderate route, or wind out further through Windermere and Bampton Grange, Hesket Newmarket and Bassenthwaite on the longer alternative. Don't worry, you don't need to commit to one over the other for the entirety of your holiday. Just check your tour pack each morning and pick out the best option for you, providing plenty of flexibility if you wake up unexpectedly aching or raring to go.
Challenging yourself with big climbs, winning expansive views across the famous fells and tarns of the Lake District.
Sweeping down absolutely blistering descents through mountain passes.
Rolling down into welcoming Cumbrian towns each afternoon for a delicious meal and a well-earned kip.
